Workshop for Aquatic Animals Focal Points


Specific objectives

  • This workshop aimed at addressing the rights, commitments and responsibilities of the OIE Delegates supported in their task by their Focal Points, including participation of each country in the standard setting process and compliance with the OIE international standards.
  • It also aimed at providing participants with information on the role and responsibilities of Veterinary Services or other relevant competent authority for Aquatic Animals and on the specific tasks of national focal points in this area.
