15/05/2012 Botswana reports no new FMD outbreaks
In a final report sent to the OIE, Botswana notified that no new outbreaks of foot and mouth disease have occurred since September 2011. The event is resolved. No more reports will be submitted.

14/05/2012 Chinese Taipei reports no new FMD outbreaks
In a final report sent to the OIE, Chinese Taipei notified that no new outbreaks of foot and mouth disease have occurred since February 2012. The monitoring and epidemiological investigation of the last affected farm have been completed and no clinical or epidemiological evidence of infection were found. Movement restrictions on the farm were lifted on 19 April 2012.
