Rep. of the Congo, Cote d’Ivoire, Djibouti, Egypt, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Kenya, Lesotho, Madagascar, Mali, Mauritania, Mauritius, Morocco, Mozambique, Namibia, Niger, Nigeria, Rwanda, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Sudan, Tanzania, Togo, Uganda, Zambia.
Americas (11): Barbados, Belize, Bolivia, Costa Rica, Dominican Rep., El Salvador, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Nicaragua, Panama.
Asia-Pacific (12): Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Dem. People’s Rep. of Korea, Laos, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Vietnam.
