1- Request the Elysees Hotel agency to identify and propose a suitable hotel by filling out and returning the
booking form OR

2- By directly contacting one of the hotels listed below that are not managed by the Elysees Hotel agency

The OIE has negotiated preferential rates with the hotels in the list below, all of which are close to OIE headquarters.
Please contact directly the hotel of your choice to make your reservation and do not forget to indicate that you are attending the “OIE Global Conference on 30 June to 2 July 2015” to obtain the preferential rate.
