IMPORTANT: All participants must possess a passport with at least six month validity.
NB: the participation at a conference is considered as a tourism purpose

If your country is NOT included in the lists indicated above , we suggest you to contact the local Embassy or consular representation and start the application process for a Visa (request an appointment at the Embassy, list of required documents etc.) as soon as possible.
