Comprised of the Delegates of the Member Countries of the Office, the International Committee is its highest authority.
The wishes of the Committee are expressed by Resolutions passed during its General Sessions. The work of the International Committee is prepared by the Administrative Commission, which meets under the chairmanship of the President of the Committee each year in February and May.
