Payment conditions

You are invited to complete the secure registration form and to pay the registration fees on the online secure system by credit card (Visa, Master card or American Express) or by bank transfer before February 11th 2011.Onsite payment will be available, but please register online and inform the conference secretariat about your intentionton pay at the venue.

► Student Registration

Student registration applies to full time students (except PHD students) and must be accompanied by a letter certifying student status from the University or Department in which the student is enrolled. This documentation should be e-mailed or faxed to the conference secretariat.

► Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of registration received in writing via fax or email before before January 21th will result in a refund minus an administration fee of 75 Euros. For refund, please indicate address and international bank account information. Bank charges and exchange rates will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
No refunds are possible after before January 21th 2011.
