Affected Population The outbreak occurred in a dairy herd. Only young cows were affected (first and second milking). No clinical signs were observed in older cows. The clinical signs were: redness of the udder, edema of the nipple, high somatic cells in milk, low milk production, redness and swallowing of the fetlock, salivation. The length of the disease in each cow was 2-3 days.
