Simulation exercise: Highly pathogenic avian influenza in Philippines

Dr José Q. Molina, Chief Veterinary Officer, Department of Agriculture, Philippines, informed the OIE that a simulation exercise on Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) is being organized in his country, this February 2004, to finalize the emergency preparedness plan and to identify the specific roles of all stakeholders (more details in the attached file).

The Philippines remain, to this day, free from HPAI.
