Epidemiological comments Results obtained for 92 sera and for a pool of six vesicular fluids sent to the laboratory: - Antibodies against non-structural proteins detected in 18 sera and confirmed as serotypes O and A (11 animals positive for A and O, 6 animals positive for O and just 1 positive for A) - SAT1 and SAT2 antigens detected in vesicular fluids. It is impossible to identify how many animals were positive for each serotype.
