Epidemiological comments Update March 6, 2020: RHDV2 confirmed in rabbits (Oryctolagus cuniculus) associated with a New York veterinary clinic. The New York State Veterinarianís Office and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Services (APHIS) are conducting epidemiological investigations of this outbreak. Disease tracebacks and testing are ongoing. Currently, there are no known links to outbreak events in Washington. Vaccination clinic held in Clallam County, Washington.
