Epidemiological comments The outbreak is still continuing. A test and slaughter policy is in place on this farm, which remains under official control. So far 196 animals have been slaughtered through the test and slaughter policy. All beef and dairy herds in the surrounding areas have continued to test negative for the disease. All animals arriving on the farm are tested to ensure they are free from Brucellosis.
