Epidemiological comments As part of general surveillance for avian influenza in the whole country under a FAO project, 332 swab samples from backyards were collected by monitoring teams and one sample was positive in Frzoga area. Stamping out has been applied to the entire susceptible population by the official veterinary services. The farm has been cleaned and disinfected.
